| Accountability
TRUST TUTORING is directly accountable to the clients who are intimately involved at every stage of the program’s operation. We encourage tutors, clients, students and our supervisory personnel to work together as a team for the benefit of the student’s successful learning. Clients may always consult the tutor’s regional director, to adjust the program’s scheduling, format or content as may be needed. We also maintain evaluation data and other written records for each student — to assure an effective and uninterrupted continuity of our program. We can therefore re-assign a tutor or otherwise provide additional support as needed in each situation.
