Tutors conduct their assignments under the condition of a "General Agreement for Tutors". The following summarize the basic terms.

• The General Agreement is between tutor and Trust Tutoring and includes compliance with specific details of employment, conditions and instructional plan as set forth in a separate addendum agreement, which relates to the specific student(s) assigned
• The agreement incorporates by reference the Trust Tutoring “Rules of Engagement”, which specifies procedures and conditions for submitting progress reports.
• Tutor agrees to plan and implement an appropriate program of individual instruction for students, following the instructional plan of the addendum agreement and consistent with the Trust Tutoring philosophy, policies and procedures.
• Trust Tutoring agrees to compensate tutor in accordance with specified salary schedule, which is indicated in the addendum agreement.
• Tutor holds Trust Tutoring harmless for liability due to loss or damage due to employment.
• Tutor sets schedule for sessions in accordance with the addendum agreement
• Trust Tutoring provides supervision and consultation to tutor sufficient to assure effective success in each tutoring assignment
• Tutor agrees to provide progress reports to verify completion of tutoring sessions
• Trust Tutoring agrees to pay tutor a salary for services based on proper and timely submittal of progress reports
• Tutor provides instruction in home, unless otherwise agreed and established with Trust Tutoring
• Tutor is responsible for travel expenses, telephone and other incidental expenses incurred in the ordinary function of carrying out tutoring duties
• Trust Tutoring employs tutor only on condition of satisfactory performance of duties as determined by Trust Tutoring or client.
• Tutor must provide at least two weeks advance written notice upon termination from an active tutoring assignment.
• Tutor agrees to perform duties in a professional and loyal manner, consistent with the policies, philosophy and procedures of Trust Tutoring.
